This deposit secures your pet’s scheduled transport and reserves their space on the agreed travel date. Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable, as they cover administrative preparation, route planning, and reserved space within our transport schedule.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. During transport, your pet will be kept in a climate-controlled, air-conditioned environment and will be monitored throughout the journey. Regular stops are made every few hours to check on all animals, provide fresh water, and ensure their well-being.

This deposit confirms your commitment to the scheduled transport. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of pick-up, as discussed.
