Size Information
We list each bunny as XS (Extra Small) or SM (Small) in their title to give you an idea of estimated adult size. Please note these are only estimates based on parents and littermates — never a guarantee.
-
XS (Extra Small): Estimated 1.75–2.25 lbs full grown. On rare occasions, some may remain under 1.75 lbs, but this is less common and not guaranteed.
-
SM (Small): Estimated 2.25–2.75 lbs full grown. Still well within the Netherland Dwarf breed standard and maintains the compact “true dwarf” look.
(True dwarf Netherland Dwarfs are typically between 1.75–2.5 lbs, with 2.5 lbs being the ARBA show standard maximum.)
How we estimate size:
-
Parents: size/type and consistency in their lines
-
Body type: compact build, short ears, round head
-
Growth pattern: weekly weight tracking and litter comparison (consistently smaller littermates often stay smaller)
Size is always an estimate; adult weight cannot be guaranteed.
Reservation & Pickup
-
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve; the deposit amount is listed on each bunny’s page and is applied to the final price.
-
Balance is due at pickup. Bunnies go home at 8 weeks of age or later.
-
Pickup dates/times are listed on each bunny’s individual listing. If you can’t make the scheduled window or need transport, please contact us before reserving to confirm alternatives.
