Welcome to Adora Bunny! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of rabbits, products, and services from Adora Bunny (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, reserving a bunny, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Deposits & Payments

All deposits are non-refundable, without exception.
Final payment must be made in full before or at the time of pickup.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time. If we cancel (other than for buyer breach), a refund will be issued.

2. Refund & Return Policy

No refunds are offered for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, allergies, or any other reason not covered in our Health Guarantee.
Deposits remain non-refundable.
Refunds or replacements are only offered under our 3-Day Health Guarantee (see Section 3).

3. Health Guarantee

Adora Bunny provides a 3-Day Health Guarantee. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your bunny with a pre-existing, life-threatening health condition within 3 days of pickup, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Proof of diagnosis and official veterinary documentation are required.
This guarantee does not cover injury, stress, improper care, accidents, neglect, or illnesses contracted after pickup.

4. Pickup & Transportation

Pickup must occur at the scheduled time. If you cannot attend, you must contact us to reschedule.
Failure to pick up on the scheduled date without arrangements results in forfeiture of your deposit and bunny reservation.
If you arrange third-party transport, Adora Bunny is not responsible once the bunny leaves our care.

5. Ownership & Care Responsibility

Once a bunny leaves our premises, all responsibility for its health, safety, and well-being transfers to the buyer.
Buyers are responsible for proper housing, food, veterinary care, and a safe environment.
Adora Bunny is not liable for costs of care, injuries, illnesses, or damages caused by the bunny after pickup.

6. Eligibility

Buyers must be 18 years or older to purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

7. Orders & Pricing

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment and account information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

8. Shipping & Delivery (for non-animal products)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brands, images, designs, and content on our site are owned by Adora Bunny or licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written consent.

10. Feedback & Reviews

By submitting feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free license to use them for business purposes.
You represent that you own or have the rights to any feedback you submit.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or services to:

Break the law or infringe on others’ rights.
Harass, defame, or abuse others.
Submit false or misleading information.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Attempt to interfere with site security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Adora Bunny is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase, care, or ownership of a bunny or product.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly provided in our 3-Day Health Guarantee (Section 3), all products, services, and bunnies provided by Adora Bunny are offered “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website, products, or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adora Bunny, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products or services.

15. Privacy Policy

Personal information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted on Shopify, some data may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy

16. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. You remain responsible for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Alachua County, Florida.

18. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such a determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
